Water fun time I'm having (excuse my first pun) out in the garden. It is still lovely and hot here, and I took the opportunity to play outside with a bowl of water and some toys. Daddy has waged war on the flies in our house, taking me to Finbows to buy some electrical devices of insect-torture! We are looking forward to the Marshalls coming to visit, and promise not to use the new fly swat on them, even if they are naughty. Well, perhaps Andrew. Anyway, must go as off to see the doctor who wants me to stand up for him - ha, ha, that's a good one! Love, The Herbmeister xxx

Hi there from the Herbie-Go-Round! Look at me spinning around with daddy on a big horse. Have you noticed the strange Norfolk man in miniature who appears to be growing out of dad's neck? Anyway, Saba and Rosie came to visit and we went to Bressingham to look at the trains and the gardens. As a special treat for them all I thought I'd try out some backwards crawling on the grass - what fun!

Bit of a no news day today, apart from getting a new stroller. Ultra-compact and small, not at all like my other pushchair. The Lotus Elise say to my Bentley Continental GT. Anyway, here is a bit of 'classic Herbert' for you. Can you believe I was so small and frail? I'm not sure if I'd fit in that little cot now. I was so silly, all I could do was gawp about and wriggle around a bit. Now I am King of the Babies, able to look at books and clap my hands, often for no apparent reason.
Well on that note, I'm going to bed, so as a great man once said, "Love you, love you, lullaby Herbert". Goodnight, Herberty xxx

Nothing much to report today, except that I was eating a strawberry, started yelling and straining for another, but then had to be reminded that I still had half the original strawberry clamped in my funny little fist. What a chump! I finished that off and had a few more. Herbert xxx

Trips to Tesco are always fun with the usual assortment of old ladies cooing over me. Yesterday I met a posh lady who stared at me and uttered, "what an engaging little boy". It gave me the urge to engage my parents with coughing fits for the night, always a good way to keep them awake!
A big hello to Auntie Helen and Uncle Neil who came round last night. Sorry I missed you but heard you had an amazing roast dinner and a jolly good time. Love, Herbs xxx

Yesterday I went to the seaside with Mummy, Daddy, Nana and Papa. I played in the sand and was dangled in the sea. I enjoyed making sandcastles, but enjoyed eating them even more! Bye for now, Herbert xxx

Well this is my first Blog, so here is a picture of me playing the piano with Daddy. I got a bit distracted though, and started biting Charlie Mouse's nose. I can get rather excited, so Daddy has had to tie the keyboard lid up with string to stop me hurting myself.
Today I tried olives for the first time, and also ate my first Dippy Egg, even managing to dunk the soldiers in to the yolk!
